Michael Smith
Kukkiwon #05720327 Michael has been practicing Taekwondo since 1999 and is the Master Instructor. He has a very outgoing personality, allowing kids to connect with him very well. Every class with Michael is action- packed and never dull. Besides teaching children's Taekwondo classes every day, Michael also teaches Adult Taekwondo classes and Kali. Michael oversees the Black Belt Master Team, Karate birthday parties, and the children's summer karate camp program. He is also the Head instructor of the World Class Sparring Team and the XMA weapons team.
Sarah Trautz
Sarah has been practicing Taekwondo since the age of 4. Sarah is a 4th Dan Black Belt and an Instructor. Sarah has a fantastic personality, and she is a wonderful children’s taekwondo instructor. Young girls today need to see young, strong, confident role models with a good moral compass, and Sarah is all of that and much more! Sarah is Captain of the Black Belt Master's Team as well as a member of our World Class Sparring Team, and is an excellent XMA weapons instructor, and has mastered the Bo Staff. Sarah runs many of our children’s karate birthday parties, and the parents love her. She is also the Instructor for our Children’s Summer Karate Camp Program.
